Global Travel Medical Insurance Plan for groups of 5 or more

Atlas Group is designed for those traveling outside their Home Country in groups of 5 or more. Available to US and non-US citizens, group coverage can be for 5 days up to one year. This is a good plan for missionary groups, student groups, and organizations as well as for large family vacations.

• Coverage from 5 days to 1 year with option to extend up to the 12 month maximum
• Deductible options: $0, $100, $250, $500, $1,000, $2,500
• Policy maximums from: $50,000 to $1,000,000 ($10,000 for age 80+)
• Hospital Room & Board: Average semi-private room, including nursing services
• Eligible Medical Expenses: Usual, Reasonable and Customary charges
• Coinsurance waived if expenses incurred within PPO Network(see Brochure)
• Accidental Death & Dismemberment
• Acute onset of pre-existing conditions covered
